The counter keep track of how many people walked through, even you cut off the power ,the counter number won't Zero out , it will continue track the number of people walk through when you power on again.  If you want  to Zero out the counter , you need to press a key on the counter.  ( (Notes:  The counter only can plus the amount , if you also need to counter how many people exist ,Maybe you can have another turnstile at the exit . ))

  1. We have warranty of 1 year after installation, after 1 year, we could provide spare parts at basic cost. According to our experience, the earliest hardware system operated on market has been running for about 8 years and still works very well, so we are confident to sell this system.

Due to it is international shipment and will be expensive to return the goods to our factory(even the fault rate is very low), you need to provide Videos, pictures and report if you found the turnstiles is defective(such as a scratch or a dent but still can work) or not working at all, we would also take videos, pictures as proof before delivery, in case any man made mistake during installation, we need to discuss certain percentage compensation or full refund(if it is our fault), or replace some new spare parts(buyer pay for the shipping cost, because you don't need to pay returning cost any more).
